摘要

HHF-301型系统使用传感器、高精密的“O”型扫描装置和专用的微处理器，它具有自诊断在内的多功能性能。有赖于一个定量的多项指数计算式、对于各种在线测量误差的精确补偿以及特殊设计的软件，其标定和在线测量精度分别达到±0.1%、±0.25%。此系统的运转证明是稳定、可靠的。

Abstract

Model HHF-301 system is equipped with a high-performance

-ray sensor

a high precision "O" frame scanner and a dedicated microprocessor. In comparison with the conventional

-ray basis weight gauge this intelligent system features its superior accuracies of calibration and of on-line measurement reaching to ±0.1% and to ±0.25% respectively

which is based upon a polynomial exponential calculation of basis weight

accurate compensations for various on-line measuring errors

and a specially designed software. Its operation over one year at Beijing No.1 Paper Mill has proved that this system is of high stability and reliability.
