Abstract

The cerebral perfusion imaging agent

99m

Tc (DL)-HM-PAO has some good characteristics which make it very ideal in measuring regional cerebral blood flow.

The (DL)-HM-PAO was synthesized and labelled with

99m

Tc by ourselves. The results of animal experiments and preliminary clinical triols were very satisfactory.
