摘要

催乳激素（PRL），生长激素（GH）和黄体生成激素（LH）都是由垂体分泌的激素，它们对动物及人的生理、病理作用和对调节生长发育过程都有很大影响。应用这些激素的标记化合物可研究它们在体内的分布及代谢，或在体外测定这些激素在体液中的含量。本文简述实验室提取和纯化的羊垂体催乳激素、生长激素和黄体生成激素的碘标记化合物制备方法及初步应用。
