荧光X射线源适用于5—100keV能区的辐射防护监测仪器的能量响应和刻度的细致研究。

Abstract

The intrinsic K-fluorescent X rays of 23 elements irradiated by the continuous spectrum of an X ray machine have an energy range of 6-100keV. The measured energy of the K-fluorescent spectrum peaks are within an error of 0.5 keV with the data published in literature. For calibrating purpose we have determined the absorbed dose rate and the cross-section of the K-fluorescent radiation field.
