H］-CAMP不仅比放射性不高（10—30Ci/mmol），而且在放射免疫分析中需要先将其乙酰化或琥珀酰化。为提高分析的灵敏度及简化操作步骤，我们参考有关文献

研究了氚标记cAMP的新途径。制得的高比放射性［2

H］-ScAMP直接用于cAMP放射免疫分析，效果满意，现报道如下。

Abstract

Dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate was tritiated with

in the presence of Pd-C catalyst and dehydrated to give 〔2

H〕-succinyl anhydride. Then

H-ScAMP in the presence of triethylamine. After purif ication the specific activity was 40 Ci/mmol and the radiochemical purity swa97%. The calibration curve obtained for cyclic AMP RIA with labelled product was satisfactory.
