Abstract

Amorphous Pd

alloys have been formed at 6K by ion beam mixing. The mixing process was monitored by "in situ" RBS experiments. The resistivities of the samples and their relations with temperatures were measured "in situ" using a four-point probe technique. Superconductivity was not observed in these alloys. TED obser-vations show the existences of the amorphous structures.
