摘要

TCIS程序可以在三维固体材料中模拟全部原子碰撞级联原子的运动，根据需要可以输出关于射程、反射、损伤、溅射和混合的信息，并辅以级联轨迹图和级联点缺陷分布计算机显示。TCIS程序已经包括多种类型的固体材料中原子碰撞级联的模拟，为方便起见作了编号。下面列出某些应用的实例，并给出几个计算结果说明TCIS的功能。

Abstract

TCIS code is of monte carlo program

which can simulate the process of atomic collision cascades in solids. TCIS code has four versions up to date. The functions and applications of those versions are described in this paper. Several computations of TCIS show that it can be used to study a variety of problems in ion implantation range

radiation damage and ion mixing.
