摘要

阿糖腺苷（8-B-D-arabinofuranosyl adenine，简称为araA）是一种抗病毒药物，同时也是一种具有潜在能力的抗癌药物。不少专家学者对araA的抗病毒活性做了广泛研究，证明araA无论在体外、体内都对DNA病毒有较广泛和显著的抗病毒作用，特别对单纯疱疹病毒I型、Ⅱ型和带状疱疹病毒的作用明显，对巨细胞病毒、牛痘病毒也有作用。近年来，国内专家注意到araA在乙型病毒性肝炎方面的治疗应用，掀起了用araA在乙型病毒性肝炎方面应用的高潮。为了弄清araA的作用机理，需用放射性氚标记araA作示踪剂。因此，我们进行了氚标记阿糖腺苷（8-

H-araA）的制备方法的研究。
