摘要

样品和标准置于同一铝筒内，在热中子通量为5×10

n·cm

-2

·s

-1

的反应堆中辐照50小时。冷却18天后剥去样品的外包铝箔，用王水进行表面去污，制成定形的测量源，先用Cosynus-

谱仪系统进行仪器分析，测定样品中In、Hg、Zn、Sn和Fe的含量。然后用王水溶解样品，用放化分离

计数法测定Ca的含量。几种镓样品分析结果及分析探测极限见表。
