(M=Ge. Si. C) and DSC measurements. A discussion about the dependence of Curie temperature of Co-based and Fe-based amorphous alloys on the metalloid atoms is given. We have observed the crystallization processes in amorphous specimens through DSC. The Mössbauer spectra for crystalline phase were fitted by means of Le Caer program. The hyperfine field distribution are explained in terms of number of nearest neighbor metalloid atoms.
