摘要

近年来，国外已先后应用

照相机和核听诊器来测定左心室喷血分数以反映左心室的泵功能。国内北京阜外医院首先报告应用核听诊器测定左心室喷血分数的临床意义

。1980年上海市第六人民医院与上海电子仪器厂协作研制成FT-3103型核心脏功能仪

并应用于临床，现将结果报道如下。

Abstract

This paper describes a type FT-3103 nuclear heart function meter which has been used in 36 cases of normal person and 59 cases of heart disease patient to measure their left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF).

The results shows that the values of LVEF obtained from this meter are comparable to that obtained from a nuclear stethoscoape (BIOS

made in USA)

and coincide well with the clinical diagnosis.

This value can be used as an objective evaluation of the left ventricle function

the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of the patients. The detection procedure and its affecting factors has also been discussed.
