摘要

本文计算在强度恒定的射线能谱测量中，堆积脉冲排除之后的计数损失及补偿此损失的活时间校正方法。实验结果表明：当脉冲占空因数高达95%时，活时间校正后的计数误差不大于2%。在一般实际测量中脉冲占空因数不超过50%，其误差在0.2%以内。

Abstract

In this paper

we calculated the counting losses due to pile-up pulses rejected for spectroscopy with constant counting rates. The live time correction to compensate this counting losses was described.
