1.制备采用电极法制备

Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物，用小瓶收集

Tc发生器淋洗液4ml，加入1ml 10%葡萄糖酸钙，用高纯锡做成两个棒状电极，插入小瓶溶液内，接正、负极。电解电流为2mA，通电2min，不断摇动，即得

Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物，过滤后即可供肾扫描用。
