本文介绍配Si（Li）探侧器的脉冲光反馈前置放大器和脉冲处理器的工作原理及性能。配有

4mmSi（Li）探测器的整个系统的电子噪声为190еV（

FWHM

）

，对

Fe5.9keV的分辨率为240 eV（
